A 24VDC gear motor (not shown) powers the rollers which engage the substrate and pull it through the rollers to provide even coating on both sides. The adjustable DC power supply is used to modulate speed based on substrate and coating material.
The rollers ride on solid acetal bushings, providing low friction and debris resistance. The top roller is adjusted with a simple turn of a bolt to apply more or less pressure. A clear polycarbonate guard protects operators from pinch points.
